Today I got an email from our agent in Pflugerville with pictures attached of the new house we are signing on. We will be going to Austin on Monday morning and coming back Monday evening.... a fast trip, but we had a few things we wanted to check on before signing the contract. I have posted a couple pictures. The first one shows the outside that still needs painting and landscaping. They will sod the front and back yard. The other picture is from upstairs looking out over the front circle drive and park. There are no houses right across the street, which will be nice. You can see more about the neighborhood here. There is a community video that is pretty neat and shows a house like ours already decorated inside. Our house will not be finished until the end of July and if all goes as planned, we should close somewhere around the first week of August. That would mean we could move in the week before school starts. Plans can be fickle, so...we will see.
