I came across a house I thought some of you might be looking for! It is in Newport Beach, California. You owe it to yourself to go look at this! This would be a great starter home. At this moment, that house is not even interesting. Just imagine having a flood in 30,000 sq. ft? I don't know if I could ever get it together! I am struggling with 2,000 sq. ft. May I add, most homes im California are less than 2500 sq. ft.

I think you should call them up and start negotiations. lol
You have to prove a net worth of 500 Million or an annual income of 10 million to even be able to look at this house. I have an appointment on Friday. Want to fly out and look at it with me? NOT!!! LOL
