Pastor King, You just did them all a favor. Just the knowledge that there has already been an offer and someone else might be interested makes the home much more appealing! LOL! I must say I have never seen any conditions quite like those though, but he doesn't need to tell the details now does he?! LOL
If only it were in Seattle. We are currently suffering from 'sticker shock'. We found a 'little' house we liked and rent is $2000 a month. Joel and I are so happy that you all are going home. We know without a doubt that God's will has been done. I can't wait to see what God has in store. The girls and I are coming for a visit. (Joel comes the following week.) We will be there on Sunday and we are so excited to see you.

Prices are definitely lower here in the land of plenty. Plenty of land is more like it!

I sure hope you guys sell quick! Praying that it does. You need a California buyer to show up. They would jump on this like white on rice. :) Nathaniel had a co-worker just move to San Antonio and after they bought a house they had $500,000 left over. :)
